The Old Melacca 旧马六甲 ...

This is the entrance to a cultural museum of the Ming Dynasty's Admiral Cheng Ho who visited Melacca at least five times during his famous seven voyages to the Western Ocean (Southeast Asia, Indian Ocean, Middle East and Africa). According to some writings, Admiral Cheng Ho set up a huge warehouse complex along the northern side of the Melacca River. Thus far, sadly,  there has been no serious research and investigation done on this fascinating topic.

I found this mystique looking dragon locker in the entrance of the small locally funded musuem in the city of Melacca in the middle of China Town.
