Finding the truth 寻找真理 ...

Finding the truth
寻找真理 ...

As we walked up the hilly road to the temple at the summit, we met
this monk at the foothills starting his daily journey ...

the villages later told us that several monks does this ritual
everyday going up the hill ...

and when we left the temple walking down to the carpark at the
foothills of the temple ...

the monk was still working his way up every step bowing to the ground ....

I paused to wonder of not just what would the monk do next but also
what we would all do next
when we finally found the truth about life ...

Very beautiful post Wong!
The photograph of the Monk with the yellow truck is very cool!

Never trust a man that says he has found the truth..always trust the man that is searching for the truth!

Thank you Wong! :)

Was this taken in Malaysia?
I have never seen Japanese monks bow like this...
The monks in Malaysia looks more faithful than those in Japan...

Very interesting, we have the same here with the Virgin Mary, many people walk or kneel for kilometeres to reach the sanctuary on a specific day of the year.

Very inspiring photos! I hope we all find the truth. The monk is doing it in a much better way than I, who live in a hectic world.

The encounter with the truth itself, its interior ... very precious.
