The Homeless 无家可归 ...

A house is made of walls and beams;
A home is built with love and dreams
...

there are no walls nor beams;
No love nor dreams,
for the Homeless
...

Homeless 无家可归 ...

Impressive photos, Wong! Too often we are too occupied to even see them, the most unhappy children of the Mother Earth!

It's not a pretty sight but you have been able to take good pictures.
Wish you a nice Wednesday!

Wong, your sensibility for the poors of this world, flooded these photos of great compassion. It is the strength of your blog: to show and also to love.

Great words, yet painful images. Something I don't see much of now that I live in the country. However, I do remember these type of images vividly from living in Washington D.C.

Beautiful but such sad photographs. You captured these perfectly.

Your words wonderfully describe what your pictures show. These are sad, but at the same time beautiful, pictures.

Such sad, sensitive photos Wong. It always makes me sad to see these people sleeping on the streets with no where to go.

Very sad.

Breaks my heart Wong to see people like this, the unforgotten people within our societies is a sad, sad situation. I actually met a man who was homeless today in our stairwell at the university, all the other social workers in training walked right by him, I stopped to see if he was willing to accept some type of help, unfortunately he was adamant that there was no help... to make a long story short I made a few strong "suggestions" and it was ultimately his choice to utilize the services if he so chose to. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.

Your photos are real awareness photos, they touched my heart deeply.

Wow, nice to see you here again, everything goes well with your eyes? I can see those heart-shocked, breath-taking, wonderful pics again......while i'd rather there is no such scenes on the planet, it is upset to see these pics......
