Is Older better 老年更好 ...

When I was much younger without the white hair,
"older" new students in my classes
always come with challenging remarks in the beginning
...
but now walking into a classroom with almost all white hair,
I get this instant look from faces
that I must be quite experienced
...

The important thing is to be, not opinion. You may have experience in many ways and being young.

I liked the composition sa picture. Leaf and wood.

Being old means you are experienced and wise, being young means you are energetic and inquisitive

Does it mean that you get less questions. I was under the impression that studies become more and more interactive.

'Respect' and for your image too Wong, goes perfectly with your words.

let us enjoy the compensations of aging. We have always honored the seniors, now WE must play the role of accepting honor and dispensing loving advice, and timely silence.

Older is wiser, in so many ways.
I savor my gray hairs.
