Remember to Breath 記得呼吸 ...

I was a workaholic,
and I remember what the doctor told me
when I was hospitalized around 10 years ago;
that I have forgotten how to breath regularly

I think me and you have the same breathing problem. I also forget to breathe and when I really concentrate on breathing through the nose, my headaches seem to disappear!

Isn't it incredible how bringing the simple act of breathing to a conscience level can be so calming.

Wong how can I remember to breathe when I see such a breathtaking photo? ;-) This is a stunning shot!

I remember in my day when I too was a goaholic, I was always go,go, go and throw perfectionism to this mess and wow, I can totally relate to the never remembering to breathe. I couldn't even sit and watch a movie all the way through without getting up continuously, I'd think of something which NEEDED doing and I'd get up, run and to it, come back and sit down, only to be repeated in about 15 minutes. Thankfully today I can sit back, enjoy a movie from beginning to end and sometimes even put a second one on. Where did it get me? The same place as you, in the hospital.

Have a wonderful day and thank you for the gentle reminder.
