Master of None 周身刀,無張利 ...


As a Chinese born and lived outside of 
a Chinese Speaking country; 
I had 6 years of primary school in Chinese, 
6 years of secondary school in Malay, 
plus all my University years are in English
and yet a couple of years in a Japanese speaking company;
yes, I can speak a few languages but
I dare not say I can express well in any
and that's the problem
...

It's not always easy to switch languages... It would be easier to mix all the languages we know to be able to say the exact thing we are thinking about sometimes. Plus we know better the language in which we are learning in a specific area.

I know this feeling. Nowadays I'm mixing Italian, French, English and Portuguese.And I should be studying Dutch right now as I'm living in Flanders, Belgium and they speak here a kind of Dutch dialect.
