Abstract Art ...

Recently, I had a discussion with
one of my student from Denmak
about Abstract Art,
he taught me that it is about
"what do you feel when you look at it"
rather then
"what does it mean"

Bonjour,

Gros bisous

Can't say a lot of things. I don't really feel anything, except it looks good or interesting.

Its like conceptual art. Its a concept so it still could be changed in something else or you can decide that it is no art after all. Still I like your composition and shot that gives maximum output with minimal elements. Well done Wong.

When looking at that piece of art, I feel like..., err,...
...let's go out into the sun and enjoy the great weather we currently have here in Germany.

;-))

Enjoy you weekend, Wong,

Uwe.

Thank you for sharing this Wong, I've often wondered (analyzed not felt) abstract art and now I understand why I didn't get it! Next time I see abstract art I'll view it with a different perspective, an emotional one.

Love the purples! First word which comes up is abrasive. It's a start. :-)
